The University sport at AEISEG is almost as old as our Student Union, nearly as old as our faculty. We have covered years of stories and achievements in our city. We have taken our name to every corner of the country and have already been present in world championships.

The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the Association's financial stability, ensuring proper planning of charges and payments, and the transparency of this activity towards its members. In addition, it is responsible for establishing partnerships, maintaining agreements and contracts, and preparing and analyzing budgets. This department must also ensure the adequate maintenance of the AEISEG services.

The Marketing Department is in charge of preparing the image and disseminating the activities developed by AEISEG and its partners. Thus, the department intends to achieve a better relationship with students, seeking to bring the Association closer to them and satisfy their greatest needs. It also wants to arouse more significant interest in the Marketing area, which is so important nowadays, thus providing events to stimulate the creative side of ISEGuianos and improve their soft skills.

The Labor Market Department's main objective is to bring students closer to the professional world. As this is constantly changing, it is committed to providing students with all the necessary tools, from workshops to events, to acquire new soft skills.

The Department of International Mobility has a crucial role in the ISEGuigana community. It seeks to increase the integration of our Erasmus students in our faculty and make their experience as memorable as possible. In addition to this, we want our students who will join the Erasmus program to feel more and more prepared for this stage of their lives. All this work is reflected in how they will see the world and how they evolve through it.

The Pedagogical Department is responsible for monitoring the academic path of all students, seeking to assist them in solving any difficulty or pedagogical issue that may exist. In addition, the department provides various materials and instruments to support the study. It highlights the best opportunities for students to explore their potential, developing multiple services and activities such as the Sebentas, the Exam Guides, the Language Center and the Tutoring Center.

The Education Policy Department is responsible for the external representation of the AEISEG and defending the interests of students in all forums in which the AEISEG has a seat within the associative movement and in the Academy, namely the FAL, the ENDAs, and the Ministry responsible for Education Superior and Senate of the University of Lisbon.

Culture is a transversal element in the formation of the human being, being intrinsically linked to the construction of knowledge and the exercise of thought. Moreover, it defines us as people and society, playing a vital role in building our identity and affirming our individuality.
With awareness of the pedagogical and intellectual relevance of reinforcing the cultural presence in the daily lives of ISEG students, the Cultural Department develops its activity. The main objective is to facilitate students' access to enriching cultural experiences while promoting the movement of cultural agents.

The Recreation Department is responsible, as the name implies, for organizing recreational events. Throughout the year, it contains various current events to strengthen the recognized ISEGian spirit. The department also offers the ISEG Gala, the AEISEG College Break, and one of the three best academic parties in Lisbon, the Gordão.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for enhancing the Association's greatest asset, its people. With this maxim, it seeks to strengthen internal and external ties to improve AEISEG's overall performance. It is also responsible for contributing to greater efficiency in internal communication and building a healthy relationship with all employees, with the primary objective of achieving a high level of motivation and a spirit of solidarity among all in favour of the greater good, the AEISEG.

The Social Responsibility Department intends to strengthen the role of AEISEG as an active agent in social intervention, establishing a closer relationship with social institutions, and thus promoting the social awareness of students. It carries out, throughout the year, various support and fundraising activities, as well as the collection of goods and food. This department is also committed to health-related events, seeking to contribute to the well-being of students.
